If I Stay stars Chloe Grace Moretz as Mia with Jamie Blackley as Adam, Mireille Enos as Kat, Mia's mother, Josh Leonard as her dad and Liana Liberato as Mia's friend Kim. Directed by R.J. Cutler (Nashville) from a script by Shauna Cross.  If I Stay comes out August 22.
